Each morning darkness changes into light; the cool air changes into fog; slumber turns into awakening. What is your VISION-MISSION (personal & professional) and are they in congruence with your values & purpose? Many times people think they understand how to set goals, but then they never quite achieve what they were after. One common reason is that their goals aren’t motivating or inspiring them.The goals you set need to be meaningful to you; they shouldn’t be things that you think you ‘should’ be doing. You’ll get the most benefit out of achieving goals that are personal to you.
